Nothing to do.

What Do I Do
  1. Planning
  2. Internet
  3. Bored

I yawned. I bright light from the sun peeked through my light brown curtains. It was a saturday. Which meant we’re visiting someone or someone is visiting us. To my surprise, that is not happening. So I just sat on  my comfortable bed. Letting my mind wander some place else.

I finally got up, after twenty minutes of thinking what to do. I walked sluggishly into the lounge and placed on of my cold hands on the mouse and the other on the keyboard. The screen lit up my face,The video I was watching was uninteresting but instead of clicking out, I just sat there watching that one video. For fifteen minutes.

I walked out of the lounge to go back to my bedroom. Nothing to do. It was eleven a.m. Still nothing to do. “Maybe I could… Nevermind” I said to myself. “Well  back to bed I guess”

Giraffes

Giraffes
Giraffes are the tallest mammal to live. They live in savannas and eat leaves.

Habitats
[22], Two Giraffes.PNGGiraffes live in African savannas. Some of the savannas are in Chad, Kenya and Uganda. The savannas are also perfect places for giraffes because savannas contain ponds and trees.
Appearance
Giraffes are yellow and have a brown pattern. The pattern is very similar to a leopard’s pattern. Giraffes have long necks and legs. They have a tail that is as long as one hundred centimetres. Giraffes have very tiny ears and even have horns.

Diet
Giraffes eat acacia leaves.  Giraffes also eat buds and herbs. They eat fruit and flowers when in season. They drink water but not very often. If given a chance to drink water they will.

Endangered
African and Rothschild giraffes are in danger of becoming extinct. Hunting and poaching have decimated the continent's giraffes population by about 40 percent.

Giraffes are becoming endangered. But because of people like Betty Leslie-Melville and her husband who they have a successful giraffe breeding centre there is still hope to save this beautiful species from extinction.

The Cave

The foamy blue water crashes  upon the stone tunnel.
Trapped in the dark dwelling I start to cry.
The tide passes and i'm now free.
Nature surrounds the dark old tunnel.

The Pet Show

The Pet Show

One day my dad came home and said there was going to be a big pet show in our town.
“That's great!” I said. “I'm sure Sparky will win.”
Sparky is our pet dog. She is really smart. She can do lots of tricks. She's very good at shaking her paws and jumping through hoops. Her favourite food is bacon. It's the only thing she'll eat.

On the day of the pet show, I got up early, washed Sparky, and tied her favourite scarf around her neck. She looked beautiful.

I couldn't believe all the pets at the show. On one side of us there was a big rabbit. On the other side was a russian poodle. At that point the judges came by. We showed them how Sparky can balance eight balls on her head. They were very impressed.
At the end of the day, the first prize went to a big cat with brown stripes. But Sparky got black and white ribbon for being the most spotty dog at the show.

This was just a random piece of writing I made on a website. =)

The Weird Creature

       The Weird Creature

  1. Walking around
  2. Noises
  3. Creatures

Walking around the house, to find something to do. I searched up interesting things on the internet so it wouldn’t be so tedious. My eyes were slowly closing. Falling on the bed, I quietly hibernated.

Dreaming about nothing, I suddenly woke up. I could hear weird noises around the house. Barking, plates smashing, meowing and the fridge opening. I slowly tip-toed down the hallway.

Slowly, I walked down the dark hallway. Then, I saw a green, slimy and smelly monster. It was making a terrible mess. Dogs started barking outside. The slimy green thing threw the eggs at me. Finally it left. My family came in the door. “ LOOK AT THIS MESS!!” they yelled. “It was a m..m..monster!” I said scaredly. They laughed. “What a weird imagination!” Now clean up this catastrophe.”

My Leaf Poem

The orange and tan leaves fell off the tree. Crunch! Crunch! The amber leaf rustles upon the wet hard tree. The bruised tree lets go of his victim as the leaves slowly fall to the ground.

Lockdown

The Lockdown

Quickly, everyone huddled by the whiteboard. The lockdown bell was quiet. It sounded like the bell was broken. We didn't know if the lockdown was real or fiction. Emma held me tightly. My heart was pounding. The doors are blinds were shut. Everyone was terrified. Mrs Hopewell quietly contacted the office. The lockdown was finished.

Splashy Day Out.

Today room 21 and 22 went to Splashy. A place where you can paint plates, tiles, cups and other cool things. I painted a tile with a purple bear holding a flower. She also had a little turquoise bow on her head. The background was the sun, hill and some clouds. Then a lady named Sue put our tiles into a machine called a kiln.

This me when I was doing my tile.

The next photo is when we were saying goodbye and thanking Sue for having us.
